Sacred Heart Prep 4, Hillsdale 2
Devin Saltzgaber, who as a sophomore was the pitcher of the year in the CCS before being slowed by arm issues last season, was back to his old self on Friday.

Saint Francis 2, Marin Catholic 0
The Lancers, who hadn't played in 13 days, picked up where they left off, thanks to Nick Chow, who struck out 11 over six innings of work.
Chow scattered three hits and threw 98 pitches before giving way to Landon Kim, who struck out the side in the seventh inning to pick up the save.
Saint Francis (16-4) scored a run in the fourth on a Henry Doomer single and stolen bases, an Aaron Bonini bunt and Hudson Watten's sacrifice fly.
They added an insurance run in the sixth on another Doomer single and a Bonini walk. A double steal moved both runners into scoring position and Watten delivered another sacrifice fly – this one to center field.
Saint Francis will play Redwood and Petaluma in the North Bay on Saturday.
