Capuchino, which opened the PAL Bay Division last week with a series split with The King's Academy, pounded out 15 runs on 15 hits in a lopsided victory over visiting Palo Alto on Monday night.
The eighth-ranked Mustangs are taking a week off of league play this week.
Travis Ciardella's fifth-inning grand-slam homer was the game's big hit, but by the outcome had all but been determined. Cap scored in each of its first three innings and carried an 8-1 lead into the fourth inning.
Andres Gomez led Capuchino with four hits, while catcher Lucas Zayac had three hits and second baseman Bryce Brooks delivered two hits.
Anakin Manuel, the hitting star of Cap's 4-2 victory over The King's Academy on Thursday, drove in three runs. while Zayac and Andres Gomez drove in two runs each.
Bobby Gomez picked up the pitching victory by going 4 1/3 innings. He allowed three runs on seven hits, while striking out two.
Coco Vonderhaar, Isaiah Walker and Jonathan Nguyen had three hits each for Paly. Nguyen drove in three runs.
Capuchino will host Branham on Tuesday in a 6:30 p.m. contest.
