Senior Grayson Munoz hit two three-run homers, including a walk-off shot to deep left field in the bottom of the eighth inning as Mitty snapped a six-game losing streak in a big way.

Munoz had a three-run homer in the first inning as well, but it was his eighth-inning home run that ended the contest. With one out, Andres Lopez and Derek Allen walked to put runners on first and second.

Munoz connected with the second pitch from Hunter Lowrie.

Felix Chang and Tyler Manago added two hits each for the Monarchs (9-8).

Lopez pitched in relief to pick up the win.

The Monarchs fell to St. Mary's in the nightcap on Tuesday, 10-0 – in a game where they got just one hit, and the game was called after six innings.
